Refund Policy

We (DesignRoom24) hereby that, we will take 7 (Seven) working days refund policy to refund the consideration paid by clients in case of our failure to provide required services. In following cases one can claim refund:

• If design doesn’t satisfy customer requirements.
• If customer illegally put more requirements, different from previously communicated, our re­fund policy will not be applicable.
• If there is Copy Right issue.
• If totally wrong design delivered in compliance with the required communicated.
• If design delivered after 7 (Seven) days.
